Adam-After searching long and hard with many discusions with family and friends I have a huge announcement to make on my future in professional wrestling as a pro wrestler. As of 11:59 P.M. on January 29, 2012, I Adam Young will be officially retireing from being an in ring preformer do to a injury I suffered back in October while working in Europe. My doctors have advised me if I want to be able to walk when I turn 40 I need to rest up my back and take a long hard look at ever takeing another bumb in the ring. So after Survive and Conquer is over there will be no more Adam Young wrestling for my fans. After five reigns of being a World champion and 20 reigns as a World tag team champion the time has come to unlace my boots and hang my trunks up on the nail and step away from being in the ring. Now this is not going to be a Terry Funk, Dusty Phodes or Ric Flair retirement, this is for good. From time to time I'll be around the boys in the back of the APW and who knows I might find that one lump of clay I can mold into yet another Big Time Jerk. I've made some friends but I've made way more enemies in the only industry I've ever called home. I will not take any questions and I will do my best to walk out of Survive and Conquer being the only person to win and then walk away forever.
