Wales won the Triple Crown against England yesterday in an extremely close match!
A draw would have been a fair result, but it wasn't to be for the English, and it looks like it's the Welsh's time to shine and get a bit of luck for a change.
I'm so proud of the boys.
Here's to another Grand Slam!

England got sloppy and threw it away it the last 6 minutes. Gutted.
The positives are that it is a fairly new England set up, so to see them gelling so quickly is a good thing. Props to Wales though (I have to say that, the wife is welsh!)
Gutted it ended the way it did...
"Inconclusive try"
So they had to award no try. One angle shows the ball touching behind the line, one angle showed it was his arm not the ball and another showed it not even touching down behind the line.
Extremely tough call for the ref's to make, but if the guy who passed the ball hadn't have tried to get it into row Z with an overhead pass/loop and passed it across the line, it would and should have been different

That was gutsy from Wales. Credit to England they really stepped it up with the physicality, but anyone who knows anything about rugby union knew England would do this at Twickers against a Wales team trying to seal the TC.
I agree with BDC that a draw would have been fair because both defences were on top, and England did a good job of pretty much nullifying the Wales threat (aside from that piece of brilliance from Scott Williams). If I were an England fan I'd still be a bit worried about the creativity; it seems without Manu Tuilagi there is no-one capable of punching holes in the opposition.
Regarding the officiating: I think the decision at the end was the right call and in no way controversial. That angle from behind the try line suggested Strettle had grounded the ball, but you couldn't see the line. The angle from the touchline showed that Jonathan Davies and George North did a great job and denying the grounding. I suppose I would say that as a Welshman, but if the shoe had been on the other foot I would have accepted the outcome. Anyway, I think we were due that bit of luck: I wasn't impressed with referee Walsh's handling of the tackle area, England had illegal hands in the ruck almost every time, and the England captain should have been binned for taking out the Wales jumper in the air in the line-out - accidental or not the laws say nothing about intent and it was dangerous play.
Finally, how good has Sam Warburton become over the past 12-18 months. Best 7 in the world right now? You're damn right he is!
Marks my words he will be Wales captain for the next 10 years and his name will go down alongside the likes of Gareth Edwards, Barry John and Shane Williams as one of the all-time rugby greats to have turned out in the famous red.

Sam Warburton has to be the next Lions captain. He is a fantastic embassador for rugby in general, and he can only get better - must be a scary thought for the rest of the world Priestland may as well have worn an English jersey, and Mike Phillips HAS to start speeding thing up and get the ball out to our danger men quicker. The defence though, was outstanding (from both teams). Italy next. A hard game, but I'm confident we'll put 30 points on them.
