Our scene opens inside an old beaten up ring as we see Assassin sitting in a chair in the middle of the ring. Assassin has a towel hanging over his head covering his face as we see him moving his hands as if he’s checking his hand strength the camera moves in tighter as Assassin reaches up pulling the towel off his head as he releases it and it drops to the mat below
“I can still see them I can still hear the cheers and the boos from the crowd after my final match in APW. I can say now that it didn’t end the way I wanted it to end but do things ever really end the way you want them to?”
Assassin stands up from the chair pushing it back with his foot as it flips backwards and falls to the mat
“Things were different I was different and it just didn’t work out the way I wanted it to. But that’s beyond the point I suppose. What’s done is done and there’s nothing more to do then move on. Which I can say I have done pretty well. Of course people are talking now asking me if I’ve really moved on because they’ve heard the news that I’ve signed a new deal with APW.”
“I’ve checked my twitter page & my face book account and all I’ve seen is questions on why I’m coming back to APW. Did anyone ever think that maybe just maybe it’s because I missed it. Hello people are allowed to miss things in life. That’s just how life is.”
Assassin reaches down picking up the towel that’s near his feet as he tosses it over his right shoulder and starts moving around the ring
“Besides I’ve been keeping up with things. I’ve seen that Level One is back. That plenty of the people that were there when I last was are still there. So why not come back? Besides it’s Rasslemania season did you really think I would miss out on that?”
“But I’m not just coming back for Rasslemania it’s not just a one time thing for me. I’m coming back for the long haul and I plan on making it one hell of a ride. You see I’ve heard rumors that Slade & Shadow are up for the Hall of Fame and if anyone deserves to be in it’s those two. So yea I have plenty of reasons to come back. And besides it never hurts to want to come back to claim the top prize in the company. And that’s just what I plan on doing. I want to be the Undisputed champion.”
Assassin stops walking around the ring turning towards his right as he picks up the towel off his shoulder
“I don’t care if you believe it or not it’s your call. I just felt like I owed the fans a reason for my return. So I hope everyone is ready for Rasslemania season cause I know I am. I’ll see you guys at Rasslemania.”
Assassin tosses the towel towards the camera as our feed comes to an end
