Date: 03/14/12
“March 25th, 2012 – the date of APW’s RassleMania VIII. It is said to be the biggest event of the year in the company’s history, and I guess I can’t really argue against that. APW fans as pathetic as they may be, get a chance to see some of the greatest matches this company can produce. Matches such as Jason Kash defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Johnny Knuckles, CJ Gates defending his Undisputed Championship against three other men, Level One versus Sally Talfourd in a Steel Cage for a RassleMania rematch, and of course President Jeff versus Nathaniel Havok. All these matches are huge and they happen to be the matches that people are talking about most but it proves how stupid people are because they are talking about the wrong matches.
The match they really should be talking about and looking forward to is my match. Granted, I get that the fans don’t like me and trust me the feeling is mutual but it doesn’t change the fact that my match is going to steal the show and I am going to make damn sure of it. I am sure you ignorant people have heard by now. I’ll be competing against Michael Callahan for the Suicidal Championship. With that being said, do you know what two things I am known to hate the most in life? I hate politics because people are truly retarded and never have any idea what they are truly talking about. I also hate cowards. I hate men that run from an asswhooping. I hate men that hide behind lawyers. I hate men that try to get other people to handle their business for them because they are too much of a bitch to handle it themselves. Michael Callahan happens to be both of those things and that means I have a hatred for this sorry bastard that couldn’t even begin to be explained in words.
Callahan has no idea what he is up against at RassleMania. I am sure the moron will make assumptions and I am sure he’ll have a good ol’ time running his mouth like people in politics and cowards like doing but that’s just the thing. He’s good at running his mouth and when it comes to getting in the ring with someone that wants nothing more than to rip his head off his shoulders. He won’t know how to react and he will do anything in his power to get out of the match with me. At that point though, it’ll be a too late and there’s not a chance in hell I’ll let him leave that match without getting what he deserves. I promise that I will beat the hell out of him. Not for the enjoyment of others but for my own satisfaction and when it’s all said and done. I’ll be leaving with that championship around my waist. Long live the Virus!”

» FEAR «
There happened to be several days left till RassleMania VIII but there was one man that was taking this time to get himself on the level he needs to be on for the event. There is a man that will having his first RassleMania match in APW history, and there is a man that would want nothing more to leave his match with a victory, especially after proving how deadly he can be over the last couple weeks. That man being none other than the self-proclaimed Virus: Chris McKenzie.
This is when the cameras opened up to what appeared to basement of some kind. There were cobwebs all along and it appeared the place was rather old. That’s when footsteps could be heard in the distance but which step it sounded as if they were getting closer and closer. Just then out of the darkness the one and only Chris McKenzie appeared. He was wearing a dark black hoody, faded blue jeans and a pair of sneakers. From the first look of him it seemed that he was in quite the good mood and by good mood we are saying a sadistic good mood. He wasted no time at all speaking to the cameras that were featured on him.
“I sealed a date at RassleMania VIII with Michael Callahan a couple weeks ago. I won an extreme battle royal match in order to become the new number one contender for the Suicidal Championship that Callahan holds so near and dear to his heart. But the mistake that Callahan made was assuming that I was some average joe. He assumed that because I was the ‘new guy’ around here that I wouldn’t be much of challenge. That he’d be able to plow right through me at RassleMania VIII but he found out a week or two ago that wasn’t the case and that I was a very deadly man with cruel intentions.”
That smirk that McKenzie could only give was starting to form over his lips. It had made very clear the moment he walked into the company. He was the type of man that enjoyed hurting people and enjoyed the evil side of life. That had been who he was for years now and it had been something that played a huge factor into his career, so it certainly wouldn’t be changing any time soon.
“Don’t get me wrong though folks. I have seen what Callahan can do. I have learned that he can quite the sneaky little prick. I have learned that he can be quite the underhanded devil. He has proven that he’ll do anything and everything he can to save his own skin, but he has also proven that he can be quite the talented individual in the ring. After all he has quite the reign as Suicidal Champion and a reign that he isn’t going to want to lose any time soon. Sadly for him though, he doesn’t really have a choice. It doesn’t matter what he has proven in that ring, it doesn’t matter what he is capable of, and it doesn’t matter how low the slimy bastard will go because I have managed to do the one thing no one else has ever done with Callahan. That is simply strike fear into the spineless coward.”
He took a moment to pause then as he wanted his last sentence sink into the mind of everyone that would see this video. More importantly though he wanted Callahan to hear what he had said. It was obvious this video would eventually make its way to the Suicidal Champion and that’s exactly what he wanted. It would swing things in his favor if he managed to get inside Callahan’s head which he was truly aiming for.
“You all seen it, Callahan wanted nothing to do with me a few weeks ago at the contract signing. He seen what kind of man I was and he seen what I was capable of. I even made sure I sent a direct message to him by putting his little pal through a table. I proved to Callahan, he was dead wrong about me and for the first time in the man’s career. You could see the fear in his eyes. You could see the fear in his face, his body, and you could even see the fear in his emotions. He talks a big game and does whatever it takes to make himself sound like a tough guy, but the fear is there and come RassleMania that fear is going to come out like it’s never come out before. See, come RassleMania. Callahan has nowhere to run. No lawyers to hide behind. No chance of politicking his way out of the match. He has no other choice but to face me and I can tell you right now. I am going to love the moment when we step inside the ring with each other. I look over at him and seeing that fear in him once again. It’s finally going to sink in and he’s going to realize he’s screwed in more ways than one.”
A small little chuckle fell from McKenzie’s lips. It appeared that in his mind he had it all planned out and because he seemingly had it all planned out in his mind. It wasn’t going to go any other way or meant to go any other way, but people wouldn’t really know what the outcome was going to be until that night rolled around.
“From what I understand this Suicidal Championship is kind of a big deal on the Asylum brand. I have gathered that the majority of the time that belt has been on the line. It has been involved in some kind of extreme slash hardcore slash career threating match. The former champions in the past have really had to put their mind, body, and souls on the line to even win the championship in the first place. That’s something I can deal with seeing as I’m not afraid of anything and seeing as I have no problem going above and beyond to become champion. I love being in settings like that because it gives me the opportunity to truly punish an opponent and make them pay, but when it comes to Callahan. He chooses to accept that kind of life style for the championship. He refuses to compete in those kinds of matches. He refuses to really put himself to the test and you know what? That has everything to do with the fact Callahan is a pussy!”
Certainly any man being called a pussy wouldn’t take kindly to the comments and would get rather pissed off quite quickly. There was a good chance that would happen when Callahan caught wind of the video. Again though that’s exactly what he wanted because it would give him the mental edge over Callahan which would lead to everything falling into place.
“He is such a pussy that there is a special stipulation involving our match. Basically, if Callahan beats me. Then the Suicidal Championship becomes pro-life which basically means as long as Callahan is holding that championship. He never has to compete in any kind of hardcore, extreme, career threating, or death defying match ever. I’ll go ahead and be honest with all of you. I could care less if the championship becomes pro-life or whatever. That isn’t my concern and that isn’t something that fazes me in the slightest bit. Only thing I could able is making sure that he doesn’t beat me and making sure that I leave with that championship in my possession. It has been quite some time since I have been able to call myself champion. It has been quite some time since I’ve been involved in a huge matchup such as this. It’s been quite some time since I’ve really had to go all out to see to it that everything went in my favor but in a matter of days at RassleMania. That’s going to happen and I couldn’t feel more satisfied than I do right now.”
Once again McKenzie’s ego was starting to shine through. People wouldn’t be too impressed by it, but at the same time it didn’t matter what people thought as far as he was concerned. It was all about what he thought and how he felt, that’s all there was to it. That wouldn’t be changing any time soon, and likely wouldn’t ever change that’s just how McKenzie had always been.
“I’ll be honest when I say this, Callahan doesn’t have the tools to beat me and Callahan has no chance at surviving in a match with me. Hell, the guy will never be able to survive the virus that is myself. I know what he’ll try and I know how far he’ll go, but his cheap antics and his cheating ways won’t be enough to beat me especially when I get my hands on him. As soon as I do I am going to unleash a brutal assault like he has never experienced before. I am aiming to split him wide open. I’m aiming to tear muscles. I am aiming to break bones and I am aiming to end his pathetic existence within APW. I won’t have any regrets. I won’t feel bad for anything that I do and I damn sure will never apologize. Callahan is long overdue for having his ass handed to him and shown that he isn’t nearly as good as he thinks he is. No one has been able to do it before, but then again there is only one Chris McKenzie and I have made the toughest of men bow before me. This will be a walk in the park with Callahan and that’s a promise.”
In the past McKenzie had the odds stacked against him, and in the past he had been viewed as ‘the new guy that didn’t have a shot’ but every single time McKenzie was placed in a situation like this. He walked out the winner and it seemed this time wouldn’t be any different. After all it appeared that he really planned on causing harm to Callahan and that very well could lead to his victory. At that moment though McKenzie began speaking for the final time of the evening.
“Callahan, I am sure that you are going to get word of this somewhere along the way. I am also sure that you are going to blow it off and have quite a bit of your own to say. I say go for it. Think what you want, believe what you want, and say what you want. That is your choice but when we step into the ring with each other. That’s when you’ll realize that the time for talking is over and that’s when you’ll realize that you are going to have no other choice but to fight for your life. Because if you don’t then it’s going to be coming to an end right before your very eyes. RassleMania is the night that fear will paralyze you and enables you to survive the virus, but most importantly. It’s the night that I become the Suicidal Champion and make you a complete afterthought here in APW!”
That smirk on McKenzie’s face was shown one final time. It seemed to be bigger than the previous time before and that just proved how confident McKenzie was in himself, as well as how confident he was in his plan to see to it that everything worked out in his favor when he got in the ring with Callahan at RassleMania VIII. Just then McKenzie started to walk on out of the cameras view resulting in the cameras fading out to black. In a matter of a few days people were going to get one of the best matches seen in APW history and there was a good chance they would be getting a new Suicidal Champion!
