In ring, Piper was merely okay, but on the mic, my goodness, hardly anybody could touch him! Great talker, great at getting heat. But it was the lack of in-ring ability that led me to pick Steamboat over Piper in round 2. Totally understandable. I went with Andre simply for the possible novelty value of Flair-Andre; I'm not sure that's where I'm going, but Flair-Piper's been done. This late, I couldn't have possibly passed Piper up (not to mention Orton, an underrated worker who I may well have snatched up in the last few rounds of the draft on his own).

I totally forgot about WM 8 with Bret. For Bret Hart I think of only his bigger classics with HBK, Austin, Taker and his Steel Cage with Owen was probably my favorite match in his career. I didn't mean Piper should never be drafted, I'd have just waited deeper into the draft to do it.

How long is it until someone is skipped? 12 hours? 24? 3.14? Pi? Pie? PIE!...Now I'm hungry.

I believe it's 12 (should say on the first page of the actual draft thread).

What is the order of the Seventh Round?

Excellent pick for the APA. I almost chose them and then decided to go a different direction. JBL and Ron Simmons are going to be great additions to anyone's card. Awesome pick.

I was going to pick the same, wanted someone big and tough to go against LOD. I had to go Nasty though, plays to my childhood/Pre-teen life.

The Nastys were big when I started watching back in '91 and the no dq match at SummerSlam between LOD and them was one of my favorite matches for a long time. Great match idea. I've got an idea of what I'm wanting to do with my card. So do we just put matches down or can we kind of give some background on the story we are making? Well...that's what I'm planning on doing, I have some neat ideas

Also - wanted to point out that I haven't forgotten about Yarmouth. He PM'ed me his picks for the light heavyweight and tag team rounds but both were already taken. I'm still waiting for another set of picks... until we get those, we'll continue to bypass him in the draft rounds.

I kind of added why I made my pick as I made my pick. I know we're just suppose to pick but the decision took me a minute and I was in part explaining it to myself as I typed so I apologize. Dean Malenko vs. Austin Aries? I see Money!

Great picks coming down the pipe this round. Awesome Kong is an awesome pick. I just shook my head, I can't wait to see what you do with her. Great pick.

I thought ''Amazing'' Kong was someone different. But upon a google search, I did in fact lose my desired pick of Awesome Kong. Damn you Sally! There's probably an African American round coming up and that was my race card. ;D

biggs: I'd have so grabbed Cody. He'd be Main Eventing my show, he's ready for that. Will be after his tag team is over. Sandow not far behind him.

I had to go back to the first page and make sure he wasn't already taken. But I do agree he's main event level, he just needs the opportunity to show it.

I would be tempted to put him in the main event if I'd have gotten AJ Styles, because those two could be one HELL of a match. And by that, I mean DAMMIT REBEL.

Boy am I glad I swooped up Cody when I did. I'll be honest, there was a part of me that was tempted to draft "The Love Machine" Art Barr this round, as his heel work as one half of Los Gringos Locos with Eddie Guerrero was the awesome, but my gut was telling me if I wanted Cody, I'd better pick him quick.

Yarmouth picking The Usos is cool to me, I'm really behind this Tag Team. They should be at the very least in the place of Primo and Epico cause those guys are run of the mill to me. Usos on NXT get huge pops and people love the action they do inside the ring. Jumping Superkick, Snuka Splash is nice as well. They are a good tag team and should be given their chance. I approve this pick Yarmouth.

My roster will now break all of your backs and make you all humble! You should just use the Sheik as a backstage interviewer. That would be comedy GOLD.
