How much time is even left on this day phase?

I'm not down for a lynch, personally. I think someone needs to vet Terry and clear him if he's town - if he's town, then we can work with his info the next day phase.

I'm not convinced he's town just because he threw that list out there. If he's lying, we could easily lynch two people on that list and the game will be just about done before we know it.

I am not scum. If you lynch me you will be no closer to winning this game. Besides the pm Marv got didn't accuse you of not being town, it simply said that you are a liar. It's also possible that t his pm is meant to throw everyone off.

I may not know all the ins and outs of this game, but I know lynching me with so little information is a complete waste.

Uli, alone and having just narrowly avoided a bullet creeps into the under construction floor of the Nakatomi Building where the rest of his team have set up a whole heck of explosives, ready to detonate at a moments notice if the cops start getting too overly familiar.

Uli: COME OUT! COME OUT YOU COWARD! You think you can hide from me?!

Another gunshot fires out from the darkness but Uli instinctively ducks. He still can't seem to workout where the gunshot is coming from but it's missed him. He dives behind a stack of barrels and hides, breath ragged and heart pounding like a jack hammer as he thanks his lucky stars.

Meanwhile, upstairs, Franco and Fritz have become aware that the SWAT team have just breached the building at the bottom level. Some disposable goons are firing at them to keep them busy, but they can not hope to resist the entire force of the LAPD. Fritz is panicking, while Franco is trying to keep a level head on things.

Franco: Theo? This is Franco, how far are we from getting that vault open?

Theo: Fifteen minutes, Franco. I'm 75% of the way through the last lock. I just need a little more time to bust this puppy open. Then? It's all ours. Is the escape vehicle en route?

Franco: No. Fritz is about to go get an ambulance... isn't that right, Fritz?

Franco turns around and sees that Fritz has collapsed. The stress of their impending capture has triggered a heart attack and with no medical care available, Fritz lies motionless until his heart gives out.

MODKILLED: Kurt Noble, Fritz, Town Doctor

Franco: Shit. Alright, I'm going to go get an ambulance. Fritz has just collapsed of a heart attack. It's you and me now. Less people to split the money with.

Outside, Agent Johnson and Special Agent Johnson are keeping tabs on the scene.

Agent Johnson: Alpha team, report, what's your status?

Alpha Team Leader: Roger, Base Command, heavy resistance in the lobby but threat has been neutralised. We are now oscar mike to the thirty fifth floor.

Special Agent Johnson: Bravo team, report, what's your status?

Bravo Team Leader: Roger sir, we are attempting to breach the parking lot but it appears the exits have been sealed. Attempting to cut our way through now.

Satisfied, the net is closing in on the terrorists. But the net is closing around John McClane, Holly Gennaro-McClane and Joseph Takagi
who are finding their own ways out of this mess.

Before you say I've offered up nothing as well... I've basically cleared Level One of having any kind of power role as he didn't leave his house the two nights I used my role on him.

Smith has been confirmed by TJ as to be the Commuter, so he's not lying.

Mania is clearly NOT the cop.

So either the third thing on my list is the truth, or all three are a lie. If all three are a lie, then Callahan is going to get a FUCKING earful in the Fallout thread cause that's a BITCH piece of information if you ask me.

Right now, you're the best bet for a lynch. 9 players are alive, so that's 5 town, 2 mafia, 1 sk, 1 other... and it seems that other is a survivor which is basically a town role at this point.

So... that's 6 town, 3 anti town. Lynching you and being wrong doesn't kill us, especially since somebody has been masterful at roleblocking. Here's my breakdown right now.

Mark Mania - Town (He's already soft claimed and nobody's countered)
Level One - Likely Town (He could be just a goon without a power role, but I HIGHLY doubt it in this game)
Myself - Town (If you doubt this at all, then you should have tracked/copped me at some point to clear it up.)

I doubt that TJ is scum. His play has been pretty pro town all the way. I would like to know how you cleared that AC Smith was in fact a commuter....but other than that you clear out.

Honestly I don't get a scum Vibe from Jules, so I guess I could be wrong about TJ or Chaz.....

But James V is playing his normal lurker self that he does when he's scum. I say we either get him now or later.

Fair enough, and thanks for the detailed response. The reason I haven't offered much to help the town is because I keep coming up dry with my night actions. Every time I use it I come away with no more info than I started out with. The one time I had something to help the town was with Speede, but his lynch was sped (get it Speede, sped) up by Serra before I had the opportunity to further incriminate him. Other than that I can only offer relevant info. If someone wants to check me out the next night phase if I am still around, feel free and I will be more than happy to explain my actions.

If this isn't enough and you want to lynch me there's nothing I can do about it. It will be a huge mistake for the town so therefore I suggest not doing it.

I agree with Smith and Jules that it seems someone has blocked the mafia or McClane and that info would be useful at this point especially if it can save my skin.

I doubt I'd be modkilled on a short day but I'm posting just in case I don't follow the way of Kurt.

That was a fast lynch. Especially from the select few people whom I've seen parrot the ''they haven't even checked in line!'' in games or specifically to me in the past.

Oh well, let's hope JamesV flips scum - as I'm sure it'll give us plenty to work with the next day phase.
