It could just be Havok playing around since everyone was joke voting. He hasn't said anything since, so I'm assuming he's just going to let us all spin our wheels.

Going to make an executive decision and end day one just a smidge early, since it's day one and all. Day one ends in a NO LYNCH.
Submit your night actions by 12 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday. The earlier, though, the better; if I can get day two started earlier, I'll do it.

Cutting off night actions; PM's and the write-up will be coming later this afternoon as I need to get into work earlier than usual. Still, expect something around mid-afternoon today.
EDIT: PM's have been sent, but please refrain from posting until the write-up has been completed.

Our scene opens today at a small watering hole in Philadelphia. Immediately, we see Marie behind the bar, and it’s clear this is her restaurant. Since Rocky Balboa urged her off the streets as a kid, she turned her life around, and now, after years of hard work, her bar and grill is doing great business.
Today, the usual suspects are hanging around. We first see Rocky, Tony Duke, and Mickey Goldmill drinking pints from frozen glasses.
Rocky: “That reminds me, where’s Apollo?”
Tony: “He called me this morning. Something about a sore throat.”
Mickey: “Prima donna!”
Rocky and Tony both smile as Mickey shakes his head and takes a sip of his beer. Meanwhile, we see Spider Rico walk in, and he’s got a worrisome look on his face.
Spider: “Guys, we got a problem.”
Rocky: “Spider, you’re supposed to be at the restaurant.”
Spider: “I know, but you guys gotta get outta here, and fast. A couple cops were in telling me a bomb threat just got phoned in to this place.”
The room goes silent.
Tony: “Check, please!”
Marie: “You haven’t even finished your beer yet!”
Spider: “Marie, you gotta close up before this place blows.”
Voice: “Some would say it already does.”
We look in the doorway, and we see George Washington Duke, wearing his finest threads and accompanied by both Tommy Gunn and Clubber Lang.
Mickey: “Why, I oughta…”
Rocky: “Easy, Mick. Duke, what are you guys doing here?”
Duke: “It’s a public establishment. Only in America can a man go somewhere for a beer and get yelled at.”
Tommy: “Balboa, you get outta here. And take your hangers-on with you.”
Rocky: “I still can’t believe you’re with that bum.”
Tommy: “Mr. Duke got me the world heavyweight championship. What the hell did YOU ever do for me?”
The silence is again deafening, and Rocky plunks a $20 bill down on the bar to cover his group’s tab. His posse leaves, but Marie stays behind the bar, watching as the two sides face off before Rocky, Tony, Mickey, and Spider leave through the front door.
Marie: “We’re closing.”
Lang: “Right as we’re about to order? Sounds like bad business.”
Duke: “Pretty lady like yourself shouldn’t be wasting her time with those two-bit nothings.”
Marie: “What are you implying?”
Duke: “I want Rocky Balboa on my team. We’re taking over the world of boxing, and Rocky’s the biggest moneymaker this sport has, even in retirement.”
Marie: “Go to hell. Rocky’s happy right where he is.”
Tommy: “That’s exactly what he’s said to Mr. Duke many times before. We don’t like hearing ‘no,’ especially when millions of dollars are on the table.”
Marie: “We’re closed. If you have something to talk to Rocky about, go straight to him. I won’t act as some go-between for you.”
Duke shakes his head.
Duke: “Shame. You could’ve made good money hanging around with us. Guess we’ll take our business elsewhere.”
The fearsome threesome leaves the bar, and after they shut the door and walk several paces away from it, we see Duke nod.
Duke: “Now, Tommy.”
Tommy holds a buzzer-like grip in his hand and pushes it. The result is a tremendous explosion that sends flames bursting through Marie’s restaurant, undoubtedly killing the owner and striking for first blood in a feud destined to alter the world’s boxing landscape forever.

Okay, I'm trying to play a smarter game. I've done some research as to what I'm supposed to do...so if I'm still wrong. I'm sorry.
I can clear L-1. L-1 is town.
I'm going to need to be protected tonight as the scum should now be after me.

This scum team is very experienced, folks. I'll tell you that right now. Terry Marvin, JamesV or Mark Mania. One of these guys are on it.
Let's see what info we got.

I'm sorry, what did I do? Should I have sat on the info? Yes - because I think you could've got away with it. No offense, but your not a naturally a high priority target. Fear not because the play you made gives us to work with as long as we have our power roles still in the game. From here on out, we play follow the cop and clear as many townies as possible as we go along. Today's phase should give us a good idea who should be the next investigated... though, I reckon the mafia will be extra quiet today.

Announcing your role this early is a ballsy play at the best of times Gooch.
It can either go one of two ways;
A) You're who you say you are, which paints a massive target on your back. Doctor protection is all well and good, but if Mafia have a Roleblocker then you're going to be shut down and sharpish which'll severely hamper the towns efforts.
OR ALTERNATIVELY
B) You're putting forth a scum ploy to try and draw out the real cop or creating shadow to hide in because nobody will call out a cop unless they want that same target painted on themselves.
Me personally? I'm on the side of A. Simple rookie mistake.

I considered option B there for a second too. But I'm not seeing it in this situation.

First things first, I AM NOT A COP!
Secondly, I can clear T-Marv as town.
Thirdly, Gooch, is it possible that you're the cop? DON'T ANSWER THAT! If you are, though... Check yourself on night 2... You could be insane. That is, IF you're a cop. If not, please, don't use your night action on yourself. Hahaha.

I mean no disrespect to L1. I just know he's the best at this game that APW has, and he's deadly if he's not town. Hell, he's deadly even if he IS town! Lol

Alright, I'm going to give Gooch the benefit of the doubt on this one, and say that it was probably just a rookie mistake. Granted, it's better than anything I've got to go on right now, but it still was nothing that would even lay a FOS from me right now.

These two statements don't mix well to me.
1#: You can clear Terry Marvin as being town. How can you possibly come to that conclusion on night one without a cop role? I'd think more about properly wording what you say.
2#: Secondly, you claim your not a cop - yet still have no qualms about coming out with your role that can clear/implicate scum members after Gooch claimed cop and as a result is likely to be the number one target for night protection.
3#: You claim your not a cop and then you tell Gooch to check his sanity... call me crazy but I think:
A) You're bullshitting about your role B) You're a cop too.
Either way, you've made a bad play. If you're actually a second cop, then don't blame me for this. You did it to yourself. Secondly, if you're the second cop... don't bother checking yourself if you haven't because you're insane.
If your a cop and used your role on Terry, he's scum.

It seems strange to me also that we have 2 people cleared right out of the gate. Why is evreryone being so open on day 2. You are making targets of yourselves.
I was also wondering why if Gooch is a cop, which is what it seemed to be, until he investigates himself, his info is not very useful.
I would comment on Chaz's post, but I think Level One already made the points I was going to make. My biggest concern is with everyone outing themselves so early. We are basically handing the game to the scum on a silver platter by exposing the nature of roles.

busy day. I have nothing to report.
As far as the night went, i think we lost out but not by much, yes we lost CJ who was vanilla, but we didn't lose a power role which is a positive.
Right now heres the characters
Rocky Balboa Rocky Balboa Jr. Mickey Tony Duke Paulie Marie - CJ (Dead) Spider Thunderlips Gazzo Mason Dixon Apollo George Duke Tommy Gunn Clubber Lang Drago
That's fifteen by my count, sixteen in the game, I think a 12/3/1 split is what we're looking at folks.
Honestly, reading over the write up, there is nothing that would suggest that CHaz did anything to check marv and his status as a town, although Buckson is claiming l1 is town. Now i'd doubt L1, if he were scum, to say that the scum is experienced. That would paint a bullseye on his back, imo, along with those names he stated.
That said, we have a guy suggesting he's a cop and another claiming he's not cop, but he can clear someone.
F.o.S Chaz
Something about him just doesn't smell right to me, if I'm in the wrong then I'll admit it when I'm proven such, but I have a gut feeling something isn't write.

Two people being cleared in one night is not far fetched... however.... the way they were cleared is a bit puzzling. Something is not sitting right. Those doing these so called clearings need to be looked into themselves so we know who we can trust to clear anyone.
