On a quiet day in the WKRP studios, we see sales manager Herb Tarlek sitting at his desk, reminiscing about the good times he had with former news director Les Nessman. What immediately comes to mind is this exchange.
Herb: "Good times."
We see new news director Bailey Quarters walk in, a notepad in one hand and a tape recorder in another.
Herb: "Bailey."
Bailey: "Herb. Hear about the bomb threat?"
Herb: "Bomb...bomb threat?"
Bailey: "Yeah. Against us. Johnny and Venus got sent out to the transmitter."
Herb: "Wait, this happened before! It's no big deal! We're fine!"
What Herb is referring to is this, a classic moment in radio history.
Bailey: "After what happened to Les, I'm taking nothing for granted. The bomb squad said they didn't find anything here. Let's listen."
Bailey tunes the radio on her desk to WKRP. Music is playing...until it abruptly cuts off. Static comes over the airwaves, and we see Bailey weeping.
-----
We fade to the reception area, where the usually-beautiful Jennifer Marlowe has her makeup running down her face. The occasional tear still comes to her cheeks, but her eyebrows go straight up her forehead when she sees evening DJ Venus Flytrap walk in, with an emotionless look on his face.
Jennifer: "Venus! What...what happened?"
Venus: "Bomb was at the transmitter. Again."
Jennifer: "Where's Johnny?"
Venus looks down, shaking his head.
Venus: "I need to do my shift. I can't talk right now."
Venus walks away quickly, and Jennifer's gorgeous eyes well up again, knowing full well what's happened.
DEAD: Dr. Johnny Fever, Level-One, Town Doctor

Day three begins now. It will end on Tuesday night at 9:30 p.m. Eastern time.
With 10 players alive, it takes SIX VOTES for a lynch.

Well, I got nothing last night.
Seems like we're in the same position we were at in Day two. With L1 dead, we can continue the thought of it being an experienced mafia, though that doesn't really make things any easier to try and narrow down scum.

I didn't get anything because my role doesn't give me results like that. I have one, but it doesn't exactly help in finding scum.

Possibly a case of not enough interest, not enough time and not enough information?
At least we can assume the scum is part of the quieter players, since at this point all they have to do is sit back and let time run down. We could probably do with a lynch today, but without any information from anyone, all we have to go on is that someone visited Jeff, and that we expect the mafia to be experienced players in APW who would know to take out Marvin and L1.
It doesn't help that in their first two kills they got the cop and doctor.

I got a feeling day 3 is gonna end in a no lynch. Where is everyone? The usually vocal people are getting picked off, so I'm guessing people's silence is attributed to that. Or they just stopped caring.

I'll apologize...I had a lock-in at church on Friday, and I've been a haze ever since. I'm too old to be staying up all night anymore, and forgot about the game, honestly.

My bad, I was out til late last night then and then I've been running around today helping family move in down the block (Wa-hoo. -_-) Anyways, cop and doctor in back to back nights really put the pressure on the town to get a lynch, but we need to be sure it's scum and not town, because right now, given the info in the write up we are sitting like this:
7 living town, 2 dead and 3 scum and we have little to know info and we're waiting for Chaos, James, Knuckes, and Callahan to post in this.
That said, like Kurt brought up a good point, Knuckles, why did you dislike Jeff's post asking about who blocked him last night, but not post?

That said, like Kurt brought up a good point, Knuckles, why did you dislike Jeff's post asking about who blocked him last night, but not post? Knuckles already posted. However the activity has been dead for this game and that is not good at all. There's very little interest in what is going on and nobody seems to have any relevant info so we're stuck in limbo again which sucks. That said, the one thing standing out is what has been brought up about Knuckles disliking Jeff's post. Other than that nothing is standing out outside of the inactivity and people forgetting about the game. I hope somebody has some kind of relevant info because a no lynch or a mislynch is not what we need right now, bottom line.

Sorry... let myself get sidetracked for most of the day. I still have nothing to add to this. It just seems interesting that the investigator and then the doctor were picked off on back to back days. I do also find it interesting that with the assumptions about TMarv possibly having inherited an important role from Blade, that he wasn't picked off right away either. Assuming he is town of course. Maybe I'm just misreading something in the whole situation though.

I hate to ask so bluntly, but we're running out of time here, and even giving a bit of clarity to night-time events would be helpful. I'm still waiting on that answer Knuckles. I know you've been busy, but you've posted twice on the forums today, and had enough time to dislike Jeff's post, but not post here yourself. This is starting to feel a bit like purposeful ducking, but I'll reserve judgment a bit longer until I receive an answer.

I wish I had more to add to this. The "under the radar" people are getting all my attention.
Here's my list of scum possibilities:
Knuckles - His play has been EXTREMELY suspect. Day 2 he said he may have information....then later said he had nothing, or his action failed or something. And never explained.
James V - playing WAY under the radar, even for him.
Chaos Strike - Nothing really stands out too much for me....just a feeling and a guess. Hey, we don't have any other real information right?

Knuckles - His play has been EXTREMELY suspect. Day 2 he said he may have information....then later said he had nothing, or his action failed or something. And never explained. This is what I was thinking. Knuckles is typically very vocal in games, isn't he? He's usually the one pushing buttons and getting things going in conversation and activity. Yet this game he seems quiet. Too quiet. Couple that with his random disliking when Jeff asked who visited him, and the fact that it was mentioned earlier that the scum could be experienced APW players which is why Marvin and L1 were picked off... At least we know one way that we can get him to talk. Vote: Knuckles

3 Killers, 7 of us left. I've formed some interesting opinions on who might just be scum but I'm playing my hand close to my chest for now. We're not at danger zone but we will be if we lynch one of our own. With our cop and doctor gone I imagine we don't have any investigative roles left. Knuckles seems to be prime suspect for his erratic beahviour and while I'd ordinarily not consider there to be enough substantiative evidence at hand to justify his lynching, my gut (which is very substantial ) and his behaviour tells me that he might just be our man. So with that in mind; Vote: Knuckles

Killers being my collective for non-town. I'm not implying there's three serial killers or three scum. Just that any less or anymore would be a mountain and a half for the anti-town team to climb.

Since no one is giving us anything, I'll share some stuff
I was role blocked last night. I didn't say I was roleblocked for a reason, and the fact that TJ came out and said I was role blocked, raised a huge red flag for me. I'm thinking that Scum has a role blocker. Right now I'm thinking that TJ could be scum, just based on that.
What I want to know Knuckles is that, who did you try to get info on, on Night 1?

Well, I said it because I knew you were because I did it. I wanted to apologize for that, especially if it stopped you from finding scum. I won the trivia challenge and was rewarded a one-night roleblock that I had to use last night otherwise I would have lost it. I was skeptic of you when you and T-Marv got into it following his return. I think it's clear what T-Marv's role is due to Blade's post at the beginning of day two. So when you suggested at similar role, I found it a bit hard to believe so I decided to use my one-shot on you, hoping to stop a kill, and it didn't.
I am very suspect to Knuckles soley because he's been severely uncharacteristically quiet this game. Not even a post yet for this day phase, I don't know why he disliked your post, unless he also targeted you for a roleblock of some sort, which could be possible, Blade alluded to a roleblock of some sorts following the start of day 2.

Essentially, this is the entire problem with the game at-the-moment. Everybody is shooting in the dark and we're down two people without any lead on scum. If we go a third day phase without a hint on who the killer(s) might be, we're sank, and without TMarv and Level-One, things are starting to look bleak.

Yea, I had nothing else to go on and I only had it for the night so if I didn't use it, it would have been a waste. It was a risk I needed to take. Had I had it for another night, I would have kept it, hoping I make it through the nite, and hope that someone had something.
And you mean losing T-Marv's cop powers, he's back
Really all we have right now is my actions and Knuckle's inaction to go on. I think Knuckles is anti-town because, as said, Knuckles said he's had info and was waiting for Callahan for some reason, which seemed like fishing to me, trying to get Callahan to give up something from the first night, Callahan, a smart Mafia player, didn't fall for it. Then saying that he failed to get any info rather than said he was hoping for something he could collaborate with. Then when Jeff said somethign about being visited, he disliked it and that's sums up what Knuckles did so far in teh day phase.
I don't know if Jeff was targeted by the mafia at night, but Knuckles disliking it says to me that Knuckles was targeting Jeff last night and Jeff coming out that someone visited him, Knuckles felt he was outted. That's just me and my thinking.
What rubs me the wrong way is that he had time to dislike Jeff's post, which was the first post of the day phase, but since has not posted at all to explain

I agree with Rebel. There's almost no info out there and we basically have nothing to go on coupled with the fact that very few people are talkative which isn't helping matters much. Want to hear from Knuckles before I do anything voting wise.
