Wow, can't a guy catch some sleep without people slamming votes against him? I'm not surprised by who is voting for me because whenever someone does they are quick to jump on the bandwagon EVERY time. It's like whoever starts a vote against me is guaranteed a Pepsi and Sally vote, too. You two have been hounding me for days with NO evidence. One of you, if not both of you now, is anti-town. Jennings, the only time we've seen a 3rd party kill attempt show up in a write up is when it's successful, for some reason Smith is keeping them out. I know the result I got. You were targeted for a kill. You didn't die. For some reason kill attempts aren't all showing up in the write-ups because I tried to kill Chaos last night, wasn't successful, and my green name didn't show up anywhere. I have "activated" the bomb. It sure is brave for some of you guys to throw a vote on me and then say, "good luck to whoever the hammer is." Yeah, if someone does drop the hammer, I hope you're 3rd party or scum so at least I'll take someone with me..but what will happen it will probably be someone who is town (because the bandwagoners are already dropping their votes in.) Two townies will be gone and the game will be all but over...as a matter of fact, how about Sally or Pepsi drop that hammer on me... I'll go ahead and start this. Vote: RaabReally? Well IF third party tried to kill me you'd know oeciically who it was that targeted me. You haven't said who only said Third Party each time. If you tried to kill Chaos then he's either the Godfather or both him and Raab are lying since Raab targeted him and is still alive. There's too many inconsistencies in your story. |

I was told the character name but not the player's name. That's all I have.
I didn't say that Raab would die for checking on anyone. Kash is the PGO not Chaos.
I tried to kill Chaos and it wasn't successful. I don't know why.
I'm not seeing the inconsistancies.

Gooch, to me you're doing a fine job at trying to sway people's sight away from you but it also has a pinch of some scummy tactics. Like activating your Bomb. I think you should be lynched because it's the smartest pick to be lynched right now given all the information we've seen so far. I too think Raabies is another good lynch but I think people are iffy on that just because he really only slipped and said me instead of Chaos. Hades just made a similar mistake as well when he voted. Not a huge mistake and one I'm not hating on any because I know I'm town. I know I'm also PGO and I have had my day with people being suspicious. Will probably get it again down the road but right now...? I think to prevent any townies from being "bombed" we should go ahead and let Gooch live one more night unless there is a way to block a Bomb? I'm not sure there..So if not...

I also stated I thought Raab was the better lynch, however I know the rest of the town is much more likely to follow James than me. Of course you would have to actually read the thread to notice that, and you've shown you clearly don't even read what I say. All you seem to see in my posts is Gooch, Gooch, Gooch. |

Okay... I've been sitting here thinking over this whole scenario that we've got this day around Gooch. I'm looking at this and it just screams at me that he's trying to get lynched. I feel like he wants us to kill him and all of us are pretty much suspicious of him right now. And I'm just sitting here trying to think of why.
I strongly suspect that Gooch will flip scum if we go through with this lynch, but I think that's because he was the one who was recruited.
Last night the mafia made a recruitment, and we saw that in the write up. Why now though? Why not do so earlier in the game? The mafia was stronger then and an extra member would've been quite a boon. Four votes instead of the three they had could've been enough to push through almost any lynch they wanted at the right moment.
I suspect the recruitment only happened because the mafia GF was all alone and that's the only time such a power could be used, otherwise the town would've dropped off like flies.
So, presuming Gooch is the recruitee, what would the benefit be of him getting killed? Well, potentially the mafia GF could just recruit someone else and that just continually compounds the problem of us investigating because people that would likely have been cleared, could now be mafia.
So really the way I'm looking at this is that Gooch is bait for us to go after. If his bomb claim is correct, he'll die, a town member will die, and then possibly another town member might be recruited during the night phase. If Gooch is a JOAT as he claims, and has used his one night kill, he's essentially harmless now.
If my theory is correct though, the mafia GF could easily have voted in the Envi lynch knowing that they could just make a recruitment during the night phase. And the same could potentially be true right now, that one of the people that voted for Gooch is the GF as well.
I know this theory is wild, but this whole situation just doesn't feel right to me. It screams setup now that I've had time to think about it, and I think we need to be wary about taking the next step.
This doesn't contain all the answers we're looking for and there are holes in the logic potentially, but that's why it's a theory and not a proof.

I'm not going to make the same mistake again of not voting for someone but I agree that Gooch's play is confusing the hell out of us even though I make things worse with the mistakes I've done and I can't vote for myself.

Chaos That is a neat theory but it is incorrect.
I wasn't recruited last night.
I will not flip scum.
Raab is the lynch for today.
Its real brave for those to ask someone else to be the hammer vote to die with me. I will flip green they will flip green and you'll be two townies short.
I still have a night action in the day action that will be very beneficial to the town. Well it may not be a night kill I have some things that will be very beneficial.

Morning. Kay Adams-Corleone is dropping her children off at school. The kids leave her car and she motors away without noticing a black sedan following her.
She makes the drive back to the Corleone family compound, exiting the car and walking towards the door. It's then that she notices the car, and she speed-walks to her front door, just barely getting inside before gunfire rings out.
This has Michael running up the stairs, where he sees the door has been shot down, but that his wife is OK.
Michael: “What happened?”
Kay: “I'd...I'd come back from dropping the kids off, and, and someone followed me.”
Michael's nostrils flare, and his brothers come up from behind him.
Sonny: “Everything OK, Michael?”
Michael: “No. I need to run an errand. You guys, get some of our people to put up a new door. I'm going to get to the bottom of this.”
Michael leaves, and Sonny and Fredo hand Kay a shot of whiskey as we hear a car start up and drive away.

Serious note: I think we're dominating putting our heads together. following my suspicions before I sort of want to follow up on Raab's investigation and his allignment being brought into question as well as Pepsi. Considering I take Jennings as making the best move quite a lot...I have to agree. Not bandwagon. following up on my own suspicions as well.

Also to be more specific about this Pepsi is highly likely to be the recruit. That also means that it's very likely one of the players that I have cleared is the Godfather. The only people left that I have not targeted and/or cleared are Sally, Kash, and Raab.

No info on my end. I'm going to be more careful of what I post after my plays the last few days were really bad. I do feel that Pepsi did try to defend Gooch on the last day phase though so it does give me a clear view of him being scum.

One moment everyone... I have to ask one question before can I place a vote down. If Pepsi is the recruit and we lynch him, could the mafia GF possibly recruit someone else again during the night phase? Cause if that happens and Pepsi is not the GF, we effectively lynch a town member because there'll be two mafia again during the next day phase and one less town.
