Evening. We see Clemenza, a longtime foot solder and caporegime in the Corleone family, stepping out of his car and looking through a window of a nondescript building. This is the front for Don Emilio Barzini’s business, and he’s made it his mission to watch the building each night for the last several weeks.

However, what he doesn’t know is that, on this night, he’s not alone.

Voice: “Hello, Peter.”

Stunned at being called by his first name, Clemenza turns around, only to be met by a handful of bullets from a gun outfitted with a silencer.

Out of the darkness comes Barzini, smiling at his handiwork.

Barzini: “Guess we won’t be seeing YOU around here anymore.”

When was Kash cleared? I am not buying his claim which was a PGO jailkeeper.

The only person who can clear him is me. I'm bulletproof so I can target him tonight. Kash is the ONLY person I have not cleared. That means one of the people I've cleared is the Godfather, bottom line.

Well, I can't say that I didn't see this coming. The GF played things quite well in the last night phase, killing off the person that had me listed as public enemy number one, which would make it look like I killed her to keep her quiet, which is a bonehead move since I'd still be the top suspect since you'd all assume I had a motive to kill Sal.

It's cliche to say so at this point but... You're being led astray on this one. I'm not the one you should lynch.

I know you had cleared me on day six for whatever reason Jennings. I presume it's because of something you found out during night five, which is also the night that Gooch claimed to have tried to kill me, and would've had to be the same night I converted Pepsi, assuming you're right and I am the mafia GF. Considering that, there was nothing in the write up of night five suggesting that the GF was the target of a kill attempt. All other kill attempts have had some sort of a write up, haven't they? There was one on night one, and another couple of possible attempts on nights five and six.

So, let me ask one simple question, if I'm the mafia GF like you believe, where's the write up for Gooch's attempted kill on me from night five with a red name as the possible target? If you can prove that, I'm pretty much as good as lynched. But in that case, I look forward to seeing what the remaining players have to say on day nine about the person who 'proved' that I was the GF.

Stryke's post just made me realize something I forgot. Envi was pushing HARD for Stryke to be lynched. IF Stryke was the GF then that would make no sense. Stryke is innocent for that reason alone and I think he's their set up guy to get lynched so I'm unvoting him.

A few things:

1. His defence relies on the claim 'Level-One is a darn tooting good player and he cleared me'- yeah that's iron clad logic. No one is disputing Level-One is good, but he was a tracker, you can't clear anyone with that role with one night action, and even Level-One makes mistakes occasionally.

2. He follows that up by trying to get the bandwagon on me rolling. He is Reaver's buddy I am sure of it, and this is just an extension of their plan all along to build on James' worry that there is a vet behind all of this.

3. He's not even watching the thread closely enough, as Sally pointed out with his reference to Speede. Don't they say only scum can afford to not follow the thread?

This doesn't pertain to Gooch, but isn't entirely unrelated. I never put much stock in the 'veteran' theory, or rather I didn't put much stock in the exclusive group James listed as 'vets'. There were, and still are, experienced players in this game beyond me, Sally (cleared), and James (cleared). Maybe James was correct though, and KJE turning scum would substantiate that theory. James has cleared me, and if you are going to accept Hades is town through James then you surely have to accept me too. Sure, one of us could be GF, but we're both town.

Pepsi is clearly a double voter (backed up by the vote count), so that leaves Chaos and Raab. We know where to look tonight.

Plus Jules was throwing Stryke's name out there as well. To me there's NO WAY it could be Stryke. With as much heat as Hades had on him earlier I don't think it would be him. Raab is town and cleared Kash albeit screwed up and posted the wrong name in doing so. Right now, in my opinion, it's between Kash and Jules. I'm going with Jules since he's been flying under the radar the entire game and it goes with my original theory about a vet mafia leader.

I just completely suck at this game and I'm more aware of what I post than I did in the past. Looks like we are getting scum quickly now which is a good thing. I do have to agree that in my view Jules has been quite quiet in this game more than usual and seeing from what Sally told me the other day and admittedly it's certainly something I need to work on. It can come across as being a scum play. I have no choice but to do this.

Yeah I agree, I should have been targeted by a bulletproof already but that would only have proven what I've been saying all along. I'm town period. Jules on the other hand has played a slow game and has almost been voted on a few times. I like this vote, I think the scum has played things well but Townies have turned around and played well just the same so I see this being someone who knows the game and how to play it. Jules fits that to me.

Hey theres my mafia family.
So we kind of just got screwed with Sal getting killed. Re-reading through a final time I agree with Jennings about Stryke, more-so because he brought forward better intel on lynches than others who ended up being lynched. At this point I'm going to follow my previous suspicions and accusations Jules is still the mastermind player as GF. Fingers crossed.
