Dojima steps out of the car and tosses the keys to the ever-present Moel gas station attendant. "Give her the works, kid. I'm planning on a long haul."
The attendant beams at
Dojima, nodding quickly. "Yes sir!"
Dojima takes that as sign that his car will be taken care of and goes into the convenience store. Inside he finds
Yukiko Amagi and greets her.
"Hey."
Yukiko looks up and seems surprised to see him there. "Oh! Hello,
Dojima-san. What are you doing all the way out here? I thought you were still at the police station with
Nanako and
Yu-kun."
"Well I was, but I decided I needed a vacation, so I came out here to get the car fueled up. I'm also going to surprise
Nanako with a snack she really likes."
"Oh, I see. Well, have fun, but don't have
too much fun. We have exams coming up in a couple of weeks, and
Yu-kun has a reputation to keep."
Dojima laughs. "Yeah, and it's an expensive reputation for his poor uncle!" This draws a chuckle from
Yukiko, but she manages to keep her composure. "But I'll keep it in--"
Suddenly the entire store shakes and
Dojima's SUV comes tearing through the aisles.
Yukiko screams, diving out of the way and consequently knocking
Dojima out of the way of the car. The attendant at the register is not so lucky, however, fortunately only in that he dies immediately on impact as the car crushes him between the grill and the back wall.
"What the hell are you doing with my car?"
The attendant steps out of the car, curiously having undergone a wardrobe change, now in an ornate, multi-layered kimono of purest white, hair billowing in wind that should not exist inside of a building that still has three and a half walls standing. The fury in glowing eyes makes it clear that
Dojima is not dealing with a Moel attendant anymore.
"You interfered with my game, and more importantly, you are interfering with mankind's true desires. They want to be free of preconceptions and inequality, and you killed the man that could make everyone equal."
Dojima is understandably confused. "What? He attacked me first!"
"Wait,
Dojima-san...I don't think this is someone you can deal with..."
"I have a badge and a gun, that's not enough?"
The glowing homicidal maniac chuckles. "Would you truly raise your weapon against one of the gods that created your world?"
Dojima is even more confused, but
Yukiko is on her guard.
"That lecture from the vacation...that must mean--!"
"Yes. I am
Izanami. I created this world, and the pathway to the world within the televisions that you have been playing in for the last six months."
"So you are the real cause of everything?"
Izanami chuckles. "That depends on your definitions, little girl. Did I actively cause anything to happen? No. Did I kill anyone? No. What I DID do was give power to three outsiders to see what impact they would have on this town. "
Dojima glares at this strange woman. Normally he wouldn't believe a word she said, but she just tried to run him down in his own car, and yesterday he almost got sucked into a TV. His detective's intuition isn't good for much anymore. "So you just used this whole town for your sick game? Nine people died because you wanted to
see what happened?"
Dojima draws his revolver and fires.
It doesn't do anything.
"I just told you I'm a goddess. Did you really think that would work? None but Izanagi himself would be able to pierce the barrier protecting me in this world."
A voice is heard from outside that causes
Izanami to turn around. "Well then I guess it's a good thing we've got his number!"
"What?"
Yu,
Yosuke, and
Chie walk into the Moel through the hole in the wall,
Yu's eyes glowing the same color as
Izanami's.
"Impossible...you abandoned him months ago!"
Yosuke laughs, revealing that it was him that spoke before. "You wanna' bet?"
Yu grins before reaching out. For some reason, a tarot card appears before him, one that he grabs out of the air. When he does, he becomes immersed in a sea of raging energy the same color as
Izanami's glowing eyes.
Izanami chuckles, deciding not to reciprocate.
"You impress me, sons and daughters of man. I did not expect you to endure the level of suffering you have and continue your quest for truth."
Chie laughs. "What, were we supposed to roll over and die when you killed our friends? We worked way too hard to give up now!"
Izanami carefully surveys the souls of each of the assembled through the gaping windows they've left her. What she found makes her smile.
"Perhaps there is yet hope for mankind to see truth, for your gaze to penetrate the fog.
"Fine. I will relent. But if your fellow man beckons for darkness and fog, I shall return, and we will play this game again."
Yosuke pipes up. "That's fine with me, because we'll just keep foiling your plans every time!"
Izanami chuckles. "Silly child of man. You must eventually pass on to the underworld, but I am a goddess."
Dojima has heard enough and pulls out his cuffs. "What you are is under arrest for the attempted murder of me, Ryotaro Dojima, and destruction of public property."
Dojima tries to cuff her, but he seems unable to close the cuff completely.
Izanami laughs.
"You are one of the worst, detective, of those that desire fog. These teenagers have pierced the fog and offered you a glimpse of the world around you, but you wish to close your eyes against it."
Dojima glares as
Izanami continues, a faint smile appearing on her face.
"But you are not doomed,
Detective Ryotaro Dojima. Your child can see what truly is. She will lead you through the fog."
Dojima screws up his face and tries to close the cuff again. He succeeds finally, letting out a laugh of triumph, just before realizing the reason it closed is because the arm that was within the shackle has vanished, along with the rest of the suspect.
Dojima is left to furrow his brow and contemplate the goddess's words.
Well, he would be if everyone hadn't come to save his ass.
"Come on,
Dojima-san.
Nanako is probably worried about us."
Dojima nods at the maiden of the Amagi Inn and allows himself to be led out of the rubble.

Yu Narukami (JC)
You are...well, Yu. Or Souji. Or whatever you want your name to be. But in the write-ups you're Yu Narukami. You're a transfer student that is staying in Inaba for a year while your parents are away on business overseas. It was rough going from the start. You got sick, then you fell into a TV at Junes. You gained the power of Persona and immediately became embroiled in a serial murder investigation that involves a mysterious alternate dimension that you can reach by entering that TV. Murders have been committed and are being attempted as people throw victims into TVs, and only you and your ragtag group of TV explorers can stop the murders.
Because you are the only one in your party that can use more than one persona, it would stand to reason that you are a jack of all trades, good at a lot of things but master of none. More specifically, you can use any one of the following abilities. Be careful, and choose your spots wisely, because you only get one of each. Once your abilities have been expended, you will have to rely on your wits to survive.
Night Actions (all one shot)
Detective -- During the night, you can investigate one player to determine whether he/she is with the Town, or with the Mafia.
Doctor -- During the night, you can choose one player. That player is protected from being nightkilled by the mafia. You cannot choose yourself.
Roleblocker -- During the night, you can choose one player. That player will not be able to use his or her night role (if any).
TL;DR
Yu Narukami -- Town -- Jack of All TradesYosuke (Kurt Noble)
You are Yosuke Hanamura, the son of the manager of your local Junes. You can find everything at Junes, including a giant television that serves as a portal to another dimension. However, for weapons to use in your defense of this dimension, and those poor victims that get thrown into it in an attempt to murder them, you must go elsewhere. Sorry.
More importantly, because you are the manager's son, you spend a lot of time at Junes, and because Junes is the nexus for activity in a small town like Inaba, you can talk to people a lot. You are the comic relief character, but under your klutzy exterior is a mind that is at least as sharp as a dull razor, and you are putting all of that mind power to use in an attempt to solve the serial murder case that's been plaguing Inaba, and claimed your co-worker and crush, Saki Konishi.
Once a night, while you're on stock duty because your father hates you (he doesn't really hate you), you can corral a passerby into helping out so you can go home and study faster. This has the added benefit of preventing them from using their night role (if any), as they will be occupied by stooping to the ground and stocking the bottom shelf, because fuck that.
TL;DR
Yosuke Hanamura -- Town -- RoleblockerYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Chie Satonaka (Farquhar)
You are Chie Satonaka. You have lived in Inaba your whole life. You think the imitation Chinese cuisine at Aiya is culinary art. You are obsessed with martial arts films, and you even helped out Yu and Yosuke by showing them a cooky artist's shop that specializes in battle ready weapons and armor, which helps when you need to stock up on equipment to fight Shadows in the TV World and thwart the serial murders that has Inaba caught in its vicelike grip.
The trouble is, you're not very smart. You're obsessed with fighting, and you're very good at fighting, but you're not too good at thinking. However, somehow, you occasionally stumble upon nuggets of wisdom that prove invaluable to the investigation. The trouble with that? It is completely accidental.
Every night, you will receive information that could make or break the town in this investigation. You will learn a combination of either a player name and their character's name, a player name and their role, a player name and their alignment, a player name and who they visited last night, a player name and who visited them last night, a character name and the corresponding role, a character name and the alignment, a character name and what character they visited last night, a character name and what character visited them, a role and the player's alignment, a role and who that player visited, a role and who visited that player, or a role and who that player was visited by. For ease of reference, here are the possible combinations.
Player / Character
Player / Role
Player / Alignment
Player / Who they visited
Player / Who visited them
Character / Role
Character / Alignment
Character / Who they visited
Character / Who visited them
Role / Alignment
Role / Who they visited
Role / Who visited them
The trouble is that the combination of information that you will receive will be completely random, and in some cases, completely worthless (i.e., a role and who visited them, and no one visited them). In the case that you receive valuable information, be careful how you use it, because you may find that the information is more valuable to the mafia than the town.
TL;DR
Chie Satonaka -- Town -- Oracle VariantYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Yukiko Amagi (Phil Atken)
You are Yukiko Amagi. You have lived in Inaba all your life, and you are the Inn's manager's daughter. You will inherit the inn one day, a topic that creates conflicting emotions within you, especially in light of the recent serial murder case in Inaba. On one hand, it is a burden to be shouldered with the Inn you didn't want to be born into, especially when the serial murder case threatens the success of the ancient shelter, but on the other hand, with your recently discovered power of Persona, you can protect Inaba, it's residents, and the Amagi Inn like never before. You can also protect your best friend Chie, and the rest of the investigation team, as you do battle in the mysterious TV World.
Once a night, choose a player. That player is protected from night kills. You cannot choose the same player more than once, and you cannot choose yourself in any case.
TL;DR
Yukiko Amagi -- Town -- DoctorYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Kanji Tatsumi (James V)
You are Kanji Tatsumi. Your mother runs Inaba's textile shop, one of the few business in the Shopping District that survived the economical impact of Junes. More importantly, you're a punk and a rebel, scarred for life by the fact that you grew up in a house of tailors and seamstresses and, thus, was interested in that yourself, while also being a guy in a small town. Your identity is thus conflicted, as you portray yourself as a total badass, but you're a real softy at heart.
You've come to terms with yourself a little bit since being rescued from the TV World and helping the group of teenagers investigating the serial murder case, but make no mistake, you are still volatile. In the event that you are lynched by the town, you aren't going down without a fight. The unfortunate son of a bitch that drove the hammer is going down with you.
TL;DR
Kanji Tatsumi -- Town -- Vengeful TownieYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Rise Kujikawa (Alex Castellanos)
You are Rise Kujikawa, a Japanese teen idol. You're kind of like if Justin Bieber were a girl and less obnoxious. You moved back to Inaba to take a break from show business, but it turns out you should have just stayed burnt out, because you were almost immediately kidnapped by Inaba's serial killer! Thankfully a group of teenagers that go to the school you transferred to had the power to enter the TV World you were thrown into and rescue you before the Shadows devoured your soul. Upon discovering the power of your own persona, you discovered you had an interesting ability. It's hard to describe, but your persona looks like a woman with a radar antenna for a face, so you figure it out.
Once a night, you can use that radar face to watch a location (player) to see who visits that place. Choose the player wisely, because it might be the difference between victory or death.
TL;DR
Rise Kujikawa -- Town -- WatcherYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Teddie (Level One)
You are Teddie. No one knows what the hell you are, even you. All you know for sure is that you originate from the TV World, and the fact that someone is throwing people into that world with the intent of killing them pisses you right off. You started off your existence in a bright blue bear suit with stubby arms and legs, but over the summer, through sheer force of will, you grew yourself a body. You are incredibly beautiful...for a twelve year old, anyway.
Your nose has gone through some rough times, but it will still be of some use. Once a night, choose a player. You will be able to see who, if anyone, they visited during the night. Use your information carefully to lynch the mafioso. You have the most to lose from a town loss, as your world will continue to be corrupted until it collapses in on itself, or worse.
TL;DR
Teddie -- Town -- TrackerYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Naoto Shirogane (Jimmy Helmsley)
You are Naoto Shirogane, the Detective Prince. Make no mistake, however; you are neither the detective nor a prince. What you are is a private investigator that was called in to assist the Inaba Police with the serial murder investigation, but when you expressed dissatisfaction with the resolution of the case, you were removed from the case. Then you got kidnapped by the serial killer, thrown into the TV, rescued by your new classmates, and now realize that the true killer is still on the loose. However, since you are out of favor with the Inaba PD, you can't investigate the case as well as you'd like, and must continue your current methods in attempting to thwart the serial killer. However, you are always looking for a way to get your hands on more information, and will not hesitate to do so if an opening should present itself to you.
TL;DR
Naoto Shirogane -- Town -- Vanilla TownieYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Naoto Shirogane 2 (If T-Marv had died while Helmsley was still alive)
Your true role presents itself. It is unfortunate what happened to Dojima-san, but you must thwart the serial killer at any cost. You are the best bet Inaba's police has now, so you've been reassigned to the serial murder case, granting full access to the files Dojima-san compiled before his death. You owe it to yourself and to Dojima-san to bring his killer to justice, no matter what.
Choose a player. You will find out whether that person is aligned with the town or the mafia. Tread lightly with this information, however; not all is as it seems.
Naoto Shirogane -- Town -- DeputyYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Ryotaro Dojima (T-Marv)
You are Ryoutaro Dojima, though most refer to you as simply Dojima or Dojima-san, depending on their position in life. You are a detective of the Inaba Police Department. Your job was pretty easy up until about six months ago, when the only crimes that you had to investigate were petty thieves and the occasional fight. Then, on April 11th, 2011, Mayumi Yamano was found hanging upside down from a television antenna. Things only got worse from there. Two more people died, a handful more went missing, and you couldn't prove anything about the victims except that Mitsuo Kubo killed Kinshiro Morooka with a blunt object to the head, and that Yamano and Saki Konishi are dead. Nothing else made sense, but since Kubo killed the teacher, the force, and the prefectural police, wanted Kubo nailed for all three. They got their wish, but you are not satisfied with this result. There HAS to be a logical explanation for Yamano and Konishi, and you WILL find it.
Choose a player. You will find out whether that person is aligned with the town or the mafia. Tread lightly with this information, however; not all is as it seems.
TL;DR
Ryoutaro Dojima -- Town -- DetectiveYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Nanako Dojima (Blade)
You are Nanako Dojima, the seven year old daughter of Ryoutaro Dojima. You miss your mother badly, but you put on a strong front so you don't worry your big bro Yu or your father. You are remarkably independent for your age, doing the cooking, cleaning, laundry, and all manner of other chores around the house while your daddy is out apprehending bad guys to keep you safe.
You are an innocent child. That means you are town, and you will be confirmed as town on the player list at the very beginning of the game. Expect the town to rally around you, but be careful, because bad men that are posing as good men will also be drawn to you. You must use what time you have wisely to nab as many of the bad guys as possible. As a confirmed townie you may seem like a strong leader or rallying point, but if the bad guys take you away, the town may be led astray. You can't let that happen before Daddy can make Inaba safe again. Then maybe you can be a real family again.
TL;DR
Nanako Dojima -- Town -- Innocent ChildYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Kou and Daisuke (C.J. Gates)
You are Kou Ichijo and Daisuke Nagase, a basketball and soccer player, respectively. Despite the fact that you are on different teams and have different issues once you go home, you are close friends who have bonded over your shared passion for athleticism. Both of you have different issues, Kou having trouble coping with living up to the name of his rich, adopted family, and Daisuke with girl problems from years ago, but you are getting through life as best you can.
Since there are two of you, it should not surprise you that you have two votes. You may place them separately or on the same person. Your first vote should be placed as normal in the thread, but your second vote should be placed by PMing me that vote, and it will be listed anonymously in any official vote counts. Use this power carefully, because if you are lynched or killed, the town loses
two votes that they will need to lynch mafioso.
TL;DR
Kou and Daisuke -- Town -- DoublevoteYou win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.
Ai Ebihara (Rhonda Vixen)
You are Ai Ebihara, an extremely rich and extremely vein second year student. You were appointed the manager for the Soccer team, but you despise soccer, and all sports, really. You're only the manager of the team because you need the extracurricular credit to graduate, and also because you have a crush on the team captain. He has shown little interest in you, however, so you continue to flaunt your money and your looks in an attempt to win his attention. In the process, you have created a very negative image for yourself; sure, you are beautiful, sure, but you are just as nasty as you are alluring, remaining cold and aloof until the day that the team captain finally recognizes you as his perfect match, though you fear that is a day that may never come.
You are a hated townie. That means it takes one less vote to lynch you than it does anyone else in the town. You will need to tread carefully, as your beauty and reputation precede you, and if you fall under suspicion, you may find the town eager to rid themselves of what they see as a burden. In order to survive, you will need to use every bit of cunning you have developed over the years; perhaps along the way, you might even use it to find out who is behind all these murders.
TL;DR
Ai Ebihara -- Town -- Hated TownieIzanami (Aspen Chaud)
You are Izanami, one of the gods that created the world in Japanese mythology. You also created our story by granting power to three men to see what sort of impact it would have on a small town like Inaba. It started off much like a game to you, but has since evolved into something much more; as more and more people tune into the mysterious Midnight Channel to catch a glimpse of their soulmate, finding whoever has been made famous (or infamous) in the media, it became clear to you that humanity did not want to find their true soulmate, but only to fantasize about people more famous than they. They want merely to delude themselves into thinking they are worth more than they are, that there is a chance they might break through the glass ceiling of their pitiable existences. So you brought them the fog, so that all would be equal when no one could see, but this small group of meddlers is opposing what mankind as a whole seems to desire. Being the benevolent goddess you are, you cannot allow that, but to interfere directly would ruin the game. Fortunately you have other ways to bring about the life that humanity desires.
Once a night, choose a player. They will be rendered unable to use their night role, if any, thus preventing them from interfering with man's deepest desires.

www.quicktopic.com/47/H/YfQAAP8rsgc4Taro Namatame (Yarmouth)
You are Taro Namatame, ex-husband of a famous enka singer and erstwhile lover of the dead reporter Mayumi Yamano. You discovered the Midnight Channel after talking to a curious gas station attendant, and after discovering that you could enter the world of the TV, you hatched a plan. People who appear on the midnight channel die. Mayumi was on that strange program before she died, and so was that high school girl. After a failed bid to draw the police's attention to this program, you determine that whoever is killing these people can't reach them if you put them inside the TV. Once you started doing that, people stopped dying, so you kept doing it.The trouble is that these people are actually in grave danger, but surely any fate is better than death?
You are the mafia's hitman. Whoever the godfather appoints for the kill, you are the one that carries it out. If the godfather eats it, you're still going to carry out kills in your deluded belief that you're saving people. You've come this far...you can't turn back now.

You are Toru Adachi, a rookie detective of the Inaba police department and the lynchpin around which all of this turns. You were given power by a goddess, but in your delusions of grandeur (not to mention a fair bit of psychopathy), you believe yourself to be as a god yourself. You killed Mayumi Yamano and Saki Konishi by throwing them into the TVs, and now you've manipulated Namatame into throwing people into the TV so you don't even have to get your hands dirty. This whole serial murder case revolves around you, because you think it's a fun game to play with a stupid backwater town like Inaba. Namatame is attempting murders for you, and you're "inadvertantly" helping a band of stupid kids rescue his victims by slipping them information about the case so they'll keep on top of things. It's a never ending loop of mortal peril, and all the while, the fog you control grows thicker and heavier over the town. Soon all of Inaba will be swallowed up by the alternate dimension from the TV World, and then things will really get interesting.
As the godfather of the mafia, you choose one player a night to get killed. As long as Namatame doesn't get killed, you can keep up your double life, and any investigation into your alignment will come back town. If he does die and you have to get your hands dirty, you'll turn up mafia, though, so even though he's a stupid bastard, try to keep Namatame alive. Things will be more fun, and less work, that way.

www.quicktopic.com/47/H/YfQAAP8rsgc4Timeline (Or "Mod's notes for when I post the fallout thread")
Day 0 (Just sent out PMs)
Rhonda Vixen is Ai Ebihara. That's a little amusing.
And J-Reb as Adachi is going to be interesting; I see good things happening with him.
Day 1
Blade being confirmed town has the town in agreement on two things.
1) Blade has a huge target on his back.
2) DAY 1 FUCKING SUCKS (T-Marv)
JC and Yarmouth did not post in the thread in the first 24 hours. Both were prodded; I expect Yarmouth to actually post, since he's been on, but I fear I may have to modkill my silent protagonist.
Luckily, JC has posted, so he won't be modkilled. Yarmouth needs to post, still. If he hasn't posted by now (9:34 AM), I'll have to kill him. Sucks, but he's had an extra ten hours to post.
Unfortunately, I had to modkill Yarmouth. Sucks for the mafia, but with the steeper ratio of town vs. mafia might work to their advantage if Rebel and Aspen know how to play it.
Also...WHY ARE PEOPLE STILL SUSPECTING BLADE
I mean, J-Reb is obvious, but why are townies still suspecting him?
Mod Note Prior to Night 1
What I would do if I were town: Protect Blade
What I would do if I were mafia: Kill anyone that ISN'T Blade
What I would do since I know everything about the game: Kill/protect Ceej, who is a deadly combination of good player and doublevoter.
Night One
JC investigates Ceej, comes back town
Farquhar receives Naoto's name, vanilla (Might have raised some red flags if Farquhar were familiar with the game.)
Castellanos watches to see who visits Blade
Atken protects Ceej
Level One tracks Alex. That's interesting, but I won't get to figure out what I should do with a tracker tracking a watcher, because...
Johnny Rebel opts to kill Level-One
Kurt Noble roleblocks Ceej
Aspen roleblocks no one (really?)
TMarv investigates himself, comes back town, verifies sanity
Mod Notes for Night 1
Interesting that I said "Protect Ceej," and that's what happened. With that and JC investigating him, I see Ceej and Blade being the two main targets. J-Reb also gets kudos for not going after the obvious target. Adachi killing Teddie is going to be a little tricky to write-up, though...
T-Marv overestimates me, checking his sanity.
Day 2
Castellanos gets his dumb ass lynched for doubting Blade's role. Numb nuts.
Night 2
T-Marv investigateis JamesV
Aspen roleblocks T-Marv, so the investigation is inconclusive
Atken protects Noble
JC elects not to use a night power
Kurt ALSO roleblocks T-Marv. T-Marv is definitely not getting a read on anyone tonight.
Farquhar receives Detective, Town (No shit. I'm sure that's going to help the town LOADS AND TONS)
J-Reb kills JamesV, negating Kanji's ability. Way to go, J-Reb.
ALso, will APW EVER see a vengeful townie actually use said ability?
Day 3
While the mafia have Kurt and TMarv's roles backwards, they do have the right idea in going after those two. The town itself lynches no one, though Ceej was on the right track. If they pursue that line on the next day, they might have a chance yet.
Night 3
JC chooses to roleblock Blade
Atken protects Blade
Kurt roleblocks Aspen
T-Marv investigates J-Reb, gets a mafia read
Aspen roleblocks T-Marv...or would, if she hadn't been blocked herself.
J-Reb kills no one. (Really, J-Reb? Really?)
Farquhar receives a character and who visited them, gets Izanami, Noble visited.
Helmsley modkilled
Day 4
J-Reb desperately claimed the secret vote to try and get the heat off of him, but T-Marv getting the mafia read on him was just the nail in the coffin.
Night 4
JC chooses to protect T-Marv
Atken protects T-Marv
Kurt Roleblocks Aspen
T-Marv investigates Kurt, gets a town read
Aspen Roleblocks T-Marv again, gets blocked again
Farquhar receives player, character, gets C.J. Gates, Kou Ichijo and Daisuke Nagase
MOD Note: Aspen roleblocking T-Marv would be a good idea IF it weren't heapingly obvious by this point that he was the cop, and that her getting roleblocked coincided with a no kill, which means she's obviously going to get blocked again.
Day 5
If Aspen hadn't given up, I think she might have had a chance to keep the mafia alive. Given what the town knew or was reasoning, they showed remarkable restraint in not lynching her for as long as they did.
MVP: T-MarvDojima was the star of this game, both in and out of character. I actually find it amusing that the deputy of the game died and the detective did not. That said, T-Marv was the first mod I was under (it's too bad that Annoying Celebrities mafia did not complete), and I would say he was pretty instrumental in bringing mafia to APW in a way that allowed it to flourish as it has. He proved why in this game. I still say he wasted a night checking himself, but his play after that was spot on. A fitting player to get stuck with Dojima-san. *smiles wryly*
Honorable Mention: BladeBlade gets an honorable mention for one reason and one reason only.
He didn't die.
He got fairly close a time or two, enough so that I was screaming at myself WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE STILL DOUBTING HIM THIS IS NOT A BASTARD GAME, but he made it work to the town's advantage. Cheers to Blade.
I also tip my hat to
Aspen and
J-Reb, who managed to survive rather well for a time, even though their hitman got himself modkilled the very first day. If J-Reb had sent a kill on night three, or Aspen had been more active as a mafioso in the early going, this game could easily have swung in their favor.
Branden Harvey of the Game Award: Alex CastellanosI colored Blade green every post. I came out and outright confirmed that he was town. I am a new mod. I am not Branden Harvey. WHY DID YOU PERSIST IN DOUBTING HIM. Seriously, you were very active and if you hadn't done that one stupid thing, this game would have been way different, and probably far more exciting. But no. You probably thought Blade was scum or third party right to the very end, didn't you? Well guess what? I'M NOT THAT CLEVER!
Okay, I'm not really mad, but Jesus, kid.
FeedbackI don't have a clever questionnaire like Kurt, but I desperately want feedback? Was I a good mod? Was I a shit mod? What should I have done differently? (Other than keep closer tabs on who posted and who didn't, seeing as Atken went a full day phase without posting and should have been killed, but I didn't notice until after he'd posted again, and/or not posting the results of the day five lynch for almost as many days in real life.)
